Why is my order delayed?Updated 4 months ago

Firstly, we are so sorry if you are experiencing order delays! Please allow 3 days for your tyres to be delivered. If they have not arrived after 3 days then please notify us through the contact section of customer care and we will rectify this for you as soon as we can. Please see our process below so you can better understand how we get your order to you. 

Step-by-step Process:

1. You place your order
2. We will process your order and provide you with a tracking number (within 1 working day)
3. Your tyres will be picked and labelled ready for collection (within 2 working days)
4. DHL will then collect from us (this takes place at 4pm everyday)
5. Later that evening DHL will let you know they have your tyres and that they will be delivered next day (at this point your tracking number will begin to work)
6. The next day DHL will inform you of a 1 hour delivery slot
7. Your tyres are delivered and signed for by you (within 3 working days from order)
8. You drive them and love them!
