We use DHL as our delivery partner so shipments can be tracked here

You will get a tracking number via email once your order has been processed. Your tracking number will begin to work once DHL collect the parcel from us (they will notify you to tell you they have it). Once they have it they will aim to delivery it next day. The morning of delivery they will notify you of a 1 hour delivery slot. 

Once you place your order please allow 2 working days for DHL to collect it and scan it in before you can track. If then you still cannot track your parcel then please notify a member of our team and we will look into it as soon as we can!
