Customer Care

Fast UK delivery* (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays) on UK mainland orders when you order at least 2 tyres. Delivery takes between 2 and 3 days from when you place your order. 

Step-by-step Process:
You place your order
We will process your order and provide you with a tracking number (within 1 working day)
Your tyres will be picked and labelled ready for collection (within 2 working days)
DHL will then collect from us (this takes place at 4pm everyday)
Later that evening DHL will let you know they have your tyres and that they will be delivered next day (at this point your tracking number will begin to work)
The next day DHL will inform you of a 1 hour delivery slot
Your tyres are delivered and signed for by you (within 3 working days from order)
You drive them and love them!
*We charge £9.99 shipping on all orders.

**Delivery estimate may vary, especially during seasonal peaks.

***Customers in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or another Offshore UK destination must select this option at checkout and are subject to a £20 charge on all orders. If the wrong selection is input then your tyres will not be shipped. Please allow an extra day for delivery.

What are your delivery times?

If your product is not in stock you can sign up for back in stock email notifications on the product pages. Simply navigate to the product you want, click 'notify me when available', select the size you want and then enter your email! This way you will be the first to hear once the new stock goes live.

When will my size be back in stock?

Please allow 3 working days for your tyres to be delivered - see below for the step-by-step process. If they have not arrived after 3 working days then please reach out to us by replying to this message and we will look into it as soon as we can! See below how Tire Streets get tyres to your door within 3 working days.
